Over ons
I grew up in a farming environment and from a very young age have been exposed to outdoor life, meat
processing and cooking. And my love for all has grown over the years. So, it was a natural progression
for me to take my hobby to a professional level. I invested in top of the range equipment and spent
countless hours in studying and improving my skills. I also invested time to hone my knowledge of
knives, tools and different steels. A critical element of sharpening is understanding the balance between
what the knife or tool is used for and the steel it is made of in order to establish the best possible
sharpening combination. And I never settle or think I know it all. I constantly work at improving my
skills and knowledge.
In that light I work on 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed. I can 100% guarantee your knife or tool
will leave my workshop in a better and much sharper state than what it had entered. If you are not
100% satisfied I will do what is needed to ensure you as a client is satisfied and become a returning and
happy customer. And since every single knife or tool that is handled in the shop is done exclusively only
by myself I am extremely confident in my ability to ensure this is maintained. I only take on projects I
am confident that I can complete to the satisfaction of the client.
How It Works & Pricing
You simply reach out to me and send me a WhatsApp or text message of your interest. I deliver and
collect knives once a week. If you are not able to go one week without a knife, then I can arrange a loan
unit for the duration I have your knife in my care.
